Gary Anderson is a litigation shareholder in the Washington, D.C. office with a broad range of experience in complex civil litigation, class action defense, internal investigations and SEC enforcement actions. He has successfully litigated contract, intellectual property, securities, trade secret, insurance, labor and employment, product liability, construction, defamation and antitrust claims in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Anderson counsels and represents companies and individuals that are the subject of federal and state regulatory investigations, advises clients pm Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) matters, and routinely represents companies under governmental investigation for alleged accounting irregularities.
