She advises her companies in authenticity and tells both potential employees and companies to be wary of “green-washing.” Her company has also recently jumped on the blogwagon, launching doyoustandforsomething.com, a blog meant “to arm corporate and nonprofit executives with marketplace insights, proprietary research, tools and best practices addressing cause-related initiatives.”
